Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly per bed: from €1.49/bed/month (Basic, ≤50 beds), €2.99/bed/month (Pro, unlimited beds), with monthly minimums €29 (1–20 beds), €49 (21–50), €99 (51+). See the Pricing page for the current plan structure.
Cancelling
You can cancel the subscription at any time from the account's billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then, and the subscription simply doesn't renew afterward.
Refunds
We don't offer partial-month refunds for early cancellation, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires one. If we bill you in error — the wrong amount, a duplicate charge, or a charge after cancellation — we correct it and refund the difference.
Price changes
Any change to per-bed pricing or the monthly minimums is announced in advance of taking effect for existing subscriptions.
EU consumer withdrawal rights
EZ2Stay is a business-to-business (B2B) service: accounts are opened by a hostel as a business, not by a consumer. The EU/Romanian consumer right of withdrawal for online purchases generally does not apply to B2B contracts, so the free trial — not a statutory withdrawal period — is what lets you try the platform before paying.
