Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using the EZ2Stay platform, in addition to the Terms of Service. It applies to the account holder, any staff granted access, and anyone acting on the hostel's behalf.

Lawful accommodation operations only
Use the platform only to run a lawful accommodation business, for guests you are actually hosting. Don't use it to facilitate bookings, stays, or guest registrations that would be unlawful under the rules that apply to your property or jurisdiction.
No misuse of guest screening
Any blacklist, flag, or screening feature is provided to help a hostel manage its own guest relationships responsibly — not to discriminate unlawfully or to share guest blacklists between properties without a lawful basis. Don't use screening data to make decisions that violate applicable anti-discrimination or data protection law.
No scraping, and no redistributing or sublicensing the service
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the platform outside its intended use. Don't redistribute or sublicense the service, or any part of it, to a third party — access is for the account holder's own accommodation business.
No unlawful content
Don't upload, store, or transmit content through the platform — in the guidebook, guest communications, or elsewhere — that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
Respecting guests' data rights
Guests whose data passes through the platform retain their own data protection rights. Use the guest data the platform gives you access to only for the purpose of hosting that guest's stay, and honor the data-subject requests described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
Anti-abuse
We apply reasonable rate limits and automated abuse protection to keep the platform available and secure for everyone. Attempting to bypass identity verification, rate limits, or access controls is a violation of this policy.
Enforcement
Violating this policy can result in suspension or termination of the account. Where practical, we give notice and a chance to fix the issue first; for serious or urgent violations — a security risk or unlawful use — access may be suspended immediately, with notice to the account holder afterward.
