What is EZ2Stay?
EZ2Stay is a B2B platform built exclusively for hostels and bed-based accommodation (8–200 beds). It is not a hotel PMS with a hostel label — it is designed around hostel realities: beds in dorms, partial cleaning when only some guests leave, lockers, multi-zone access codes, staff without a fixed front desk.
On the market, hostel solutions are either rudimentary (Excel + WhatsApp) or expensive hotel PMS tools that do not understand bed logic. EZ2Stay fills this gap: online check-in, automated TTLock codes, PWA guidebook for guests, smart per-dorm cleaning, payments and compliance — all configurable without a developer.
Guests get a check-in link 48–72h before arrival, pay, upload ID, sign rules, and receive codes at check-in time. Staff see arrivals, progress, lock alerts, and outstanding payments — from a phone, on the move. For Romania: tourist registration, tourist tax, SmartBill + e-Invoice.

Do I need a separate booking system alongside EZ2Stay?
No. The EZ2Stay package includes a channel manager and PMS: bookings, rates and availability sync automatically with booking sites, while EZ2Stay handles check-in, access codes, payments, cleaning, compliance and the digital guidebook.
How does per-dorm cleaning work?
Full dorm task only when all guests have left. If 4 of 6 leave and 2 remain, a partial clean is generated — without disturbing remaining guests. Staff PIN at the door = automatic clock-in.
Can I use EZ2Stay without smart locks?
Yes. Online check-in, payments, PWA guidebook, cleaning, and compliance work independently. Codes can be sent manually or through other systems.
Is it compliant with Romanian law?
Yes: tourist registration (HG 237/2001), configurable tourist tax per municipality, INS reporting, SmartBill + e-Invoice (beta).
How do you protect guest data?
ID documents and selfies are encrypted in separate buckets. Biometric data is automatically deleted within 30 days after checkout. No biometric export via API.
