How is the monthly price calculated?
You pay per bed, not per room: bed count × the per-bed rate of your tier, with a monthly minimum by property size. A 20-bed hostel on Basic pays €29/month; a 40-bed hostel pays €59.60/month (40 × €1.49).
What does every plan include?
Online check-in with ID + selfie verification, 4-digit access codes across 4 zones (gate, entrance, dorm, locker), per-dorm cleaning, guest guidebook, payments and guest registration compliance. Pro adds white-label and advanced modules.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. You start with a 14-day free trial without a card, connect Beds24 and Stripe yourself, and go live in 1–2 weeks.

What happens if my bed count changes?
Billing follows your configured beds: add a dorm and the subscription adjusts to the new count × your per-bed rate, never below the monthly minimum for your size.
Does the price include guest registration compliance?
Yes. Guest data collection for legal registration is part of every plan — in Romania the arrival form (HG 237/2001) export is live today; other countries are on the honest roadmap.
